Everything in this store is a digital item delivered to a Minecraft account within minutes of payment. Once it has been delivered it cannot be returned, so we do not give refunds.
By completing checkout you are asking for immediate delivery and you accept that once delivery has begun you lose any statutory right to cancel that would otherwise apply to a digital purchase.
Asking your bank to reverse a payment removes whatever it bought. The rank is taken off the account automatically and the account is blocked from the store. If something has genuinely gone wrong, message us on Discord first — a mistake takes minutes to fix and a chargeback takes months.
MZW and MZW+ are monthly subscriptions. They renew on the same day each month until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt. Cancelling stops future payments; it does not refund the month you are in. Your rank stays active until that month runs out.
Purchases are delivered to the Minecraft username you type at checkout, not to the account that paid. Check the spelling. If you mistype it, message us on Discord with your receipt and we will move it — that is a correction, not a refund.
Delivery normally takes under a minute. If the server is offline it arrives the next time it starts up.
An unban is reviewed by staff before it is applied. Buying one does not guarantee it: bans for cheating with account sharing, chargeback fraud or anything involving other players' accounts may be refused, and in those cases the payment is returned. Nothing bought in this store protects an account from being banned again.
Access and cosmetics on our servers, licensed to you personally. Nothing here is a physical good, an investment, or transferable to another account. Ranks give queue priority, cosmetics and convenience — they do not change a fight.
We may change or retire features, and if a server closes permanently we will say so in advance in Discord.
